Product Guaranteed

We are supremely grateful to be working in this industry by providing exceptional health-enhancing products to the public. We realize occasionally there may be reasons for a return of product. If for any reason a customer needs to return a product, we ask that they make their request to us via email, explaining the reason for return or this can be done by phone (800 342.6960, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., EST). Once an authorization is obtained, return the unused portion within 45 days of purchase and we will refund the original amount, less any shipping charges, no hassle.

Please know we are bound by our commitment that none of our products are to be resold once they have left our building, as we can no longer guarantee their quality. 

We will do our best to fulfill requests to return material. However, in order to maintain the quality of our products and continue to provide competitive prices, certain issues apply to requests for returns.
These issues include:
-Orders that exceed 45 days of purchase date
-Limit of 1 opened product per return
-Products missing labels or tampered with
-Returns due to customer ordering errors: Returns accepted for items ordered by the customer in error may be subject to a 20% processing fee. Shipping charges may not be refundable. We will do all we can to minimize the cost and promptly make things right.
