Avoid heavy exercise during the 3-weeks of cleansing.
Return to your normal routine after the cleanse when you are on the Restore Formula and the Post-Bepure.
A 30 minute walk every day is our only strong suggestion. Continuous movement in fresh air, for a minimum of 30 minutes, gets the heart rate up and increases the circulation of oxygen and fluids.
The midday herbal formula of the cleanse will be working to flush out toxins and restore a proper acid/alkaline balance.
The best advice is to listen to your body and your energy level. Exercise will also help you sleep better, improve your overall attitude and a greater capacity to deal with frustrations and stress..
